Lady Falcons Summer 2009 Basketball Schedule

 

ATTENTION:  If you missed the agility and strength testing, be sure to make an appointment with the coaches to get this completed.  This is not only for basketball but volleyball, cross country and track. The Second round of testing is approaching.

Summer weight/training is in full swing.  Coach Woollen and coach Cooksley have been keeping an attendance record this summer for the summer training and the team camps/games ect.  Coach Cooksley plans on being at Wilcox 3 mornings a week.  Don't waste his time by not showing up, he has better things to do than sit in an empty weight room at 7:30 in the morning.  His hours will be from 7:00 to 9:30 am.  Your goal should be no less than 2 workout days a week with 3 recommended.  There has been a group of ladies who have been very dedicated to the weight room and summer training thus far.  Progress has already been observed in strength and also in their overall play on the basketball court.  If you haven't attended summer workouts consistently or at all, there is still a lot of summer left to join your teammates.
